GOLF-A-RAMA It’s time to kick off summer so come with a friend and/or your family for a fun night of PUTT PUTT GOLF. There will be prizes for the lowest score and the most holes-in-one so start practicing! Date: Thursday, June 12th
DINNER DATE TO CHINATOWN Have you and your spouse/friend wanted to do something fun together, like learn how to cook? Come to Leng’s Chinatown and have some hands-on fun! A simple Oriental cooking lesson will be conducted. You will then have a time of feasting and enjoying great fellowship! Date: Monday, June 30th
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL This year’s VBS will be a rollercoaster theme entitled “SonWorld Adventure Park: A Thrilling Ride with Jesus!” Children attending VBS will learn that the choices they make everyday will determine what kind of lives they’ll have, their relationships with those around them and ultimately their relationship with God. The children will participate in Bible stories, worship, crafts, games and snacks! Date: July 7th - 11th
WOMEN’S JEWELRY NIGHT Make a pretty summer necklace and earring set. Pick your own colors from assorted natural stone and seed beads. Date: July 17th
MEN’S GOLF TOURNAMENT Come and enjoy great fun and fellowship over a game of golf! It will be a Scramble format again this year.

MEN AND WOMEN’S GARDEN TOUR Bring a friend and join Master Gardener Karen Plitt on a tour of three beautiful gardens and end up at the Plitt’s lovely home for a delicious barbeque! We will be privileged to visit the gardens of church members Don and Marilyn Eastburn, Larry & Arlene Thieman and Doug & Judy TenKley. Date: Saturday, July 26th
CLARK COUNTY FAIR OUTREACH
In partnership with Child Evangelism Fellowship and other local churches, we will be reaching out to kids and adults at the Fair with the Gospel. We want all of our members and regular attendees (that means you!) to be involved either as part of a prayer vigil, at the CEF’s child evangelism booth or at the adult evangelism booth. Date: August 1-10
WOMEN’S PAMPER ME SILLY Are you stressed? Do you need to relax and let someone take care of you? We have an evening designed with you in mind! Come and enjoy a relaxing massage, a soothing facial, have a manicure and a pedicure and spend time in the hot tub. You will also be tempted to try some delicious desserts. Date: August 1st
CHURCH-WIDE FAMILY PICNIC It’s time for our church family to get back to basics and enjoy a good old fashioned church picnic! The Prime Timers will “man” the grills and IMPACT is planning games/contests for the children. Park your car at the entrance to the park and vans will be on hand to shuttle you a short way to the lake if you’d rather not walk. Bring a salad and a dessert to share. Hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided, as well as beverages and paper goods. Date: August 23rd
