Volunteers Needed!
There is no end to the work of keeping the church buildings and grounds in top shape. If you have handyman talents, love to do yard work or are willing to research project proposals, please let us know. Many hands make for light work.

Trustees maintain the church facilities to promote ministry and worship. Responsibilities include maintenance, repair and coordination of landscaping, keys and locks, lighting and electrical, furniture and equipment, and mechanical, setup and soundproofing.
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Laurelwood building interiors.
The Setup Crew is responsible for the set up and breakdown of seating and necessary equipment for all church meetings and events.

General:
· Security system (insurance?)
· Place Rick’s phone # @ doors. (Joey)
Chapel/Office:
· Women’s bathroom needs paint
· Crawl space covers (Larry)
· Bolt down the floor safe. Location? (Eric)
Fisher Hall:
· Siding
· Window trim/blinds need paint
· Trim on pillars is broken/enclose cables/replace and paint (Don)
Fellowship Hall:
· Exterior water – OK, but drinking fountain needs to be removed and capped off (Larry)
· Cabinets in coffee corner need latches (BB)
· Men’s urinal is out of order
Modules:
· Interior door trim (Don)
· Interior paint
· Crash rail/protect walls from tables (I think someone was going to check on options?)
Grounds:
· Containers for sale (Bob D./currently on Craig’s list)
· Fencing for the play area
· Rubber matt for play area
· Signage/visitor parking
· Gutters…..when were these last cleaned? (work party-Sept?)
· Broken lights/driveway (Larry)
· Corner of FH to prevent roof access
· Front sign needs cleaning (BB)
